Common Failure Symptoms
The connection card can fail due to power surges or moisture/brine leaks dropping down from pipework connections directly above the module housing. Typical symptoms include:

Continuous or intermittent High Pressure (HP) or Low Pressure (LP) safety alarms

Persistent sensor read errors or unrealistic temperature values on the display module

Communication loss between the controller and the circulation/brine pumps
To verify successful replacement of the card: turn on the main breaker and check the display screen. The unit should clear active HP/LP alarms, and live temperature readings from the refrigerant circuit should display valid values without error codes.
