The NIBE Complete DC Fan Assembly (Part No. 060249) is the primary exhaust air fan designed for NIBE F730 and NIBE F750 exhaust air heat pumps. It supersedes older NIBE part numbers 818204 and 718451.

Electrical Safety Hazard

  • Low Pressure (LP) Alarms: Reduced or stopped airflow causes the refrigerant evaporator to drop in temperature, triggering an LP alarm or stopping the compressor cycle.

Isolate the unit power. Access the top/fan section of the heat pump and verify both fan harness plugs are firmly seated into the connection board with no signs of thermal damage.
3.Manual Spin Test:Step 3.

With the power isolated, spin the impeller by hand to check for mechanical resistance, grinding, or axis play in the motor bearings.
4.System Verification:Step 4.

Restore power. Navigate to the service menu on the display screen to test-run the fan manually and monitor the live RPM readout to ensure feedback signaling works.
